My wife Myra and I organize and host customized active adventure trips, group tours, and singles vacations to a variety of exotic travel destinations. Peru: The Official 26.2 Mile Inca Trail Marathon to Machu Picchu- July, 2014

This hosted Peru multi-sport tour for runners and spectators is a top international running tour, offering a wide range of different outdoor activities, cultural programs, and unique adventures. The highlight of the trip is one of the most scenic and challenging marathons in South America, finishing at Machu Picchu, Peru.

Our marathon is designed by experienced racers for racers. Erik's Adventures was the first to host an official, accurate, and fully supported 26.2 mile race on The Inca Trail.

In 2012, our group of 41 adventurers completed the first marathon distance race on the Classic Inca Trail in Peru. Our team of runners is in place for our 2013 race. Join us in 2014 and race this one of a kind course to Machu Picchu!

In addition to our Peru marathon tour, Erik's Adventures offers an exciting range of Peru vacations that can be booked year-round by groups.  For individuals- you may join in on any of our set date trip departures. Our Peru Singles Vacation Adventure Tour Sep 14-21, 2013  gives our guests a diverse itinerary packed with different activities and excursions. We book traditional hiking trips on the Classic Inca trail as well!

In addition, we offer a variety of other Peru tours including an Amazon Rainforest 7 day Tour, Peru Hiking Tour Salkantay Trekking, Lake Titicaca, Lima, Arequipa, Nazca Lines, other Inca Trail Treks to Machu Picchu or in other parts of the Andes mountains (ie Cordillera Blanca and Huaraz), and more. For all adventure travel programs please note that for singles travelers we provide roommate matching if you do not want to pay the single supplement for any of our Peru hiking tours or group trips.

Join our hosted  Kenya Marathon Running Vacation and Adventure Safari. You will run and train with the Kenyans, complete a trail marathon or half marathon located in a beautiful game reserve, and explore some of Kenya's best game parks on a custom adventure safari!
